Agreeing to these terms

Casavora Crescent runs as a sole proprietorship out of Thane, Maharashtra under the trading name Casavora Crescent. Browsing or ordering means you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the other policies linked in the footer. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Your account

You may order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your login. Suspect someone else is in your account? Email [email protected]. Fraudulent or abusive accounts will be suspended.

Prices and payment

Pricing is in Indian rupees throughout, tax included. We are below the GST registration threshold and are not GST registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued. Payment is by UPI for prepaid orders or Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes; we do not accept cards.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Where a listing carried the wrong price, we contact you before dispatch so you can accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

The confirmation email acknowledges receipt rather than acceptance. A contract exists only once the goods are dispatched. Orders may be declined for stock that has run out, an unserviceable PIN code, a pricing error, or details we cannot verify.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy, and cancellations by the Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the writing, design and imagery here belong to Casavora Crescent. Any third-party marks remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively only. Site content may not be reused commercially without written consent.

Limits of liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Casavora Crescent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any other liability Indian law will not permit to be excluded, are unaffected.

Governing law

The governing law is that of India — notably the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts at Thane have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
