Dispatch and handling

Bushes, garlands and stems are compressed and sleeved so the foliage cannot catch on the carton, which means they arrive looking flat and are meant to be separated and shaped by hand. Trees ship with the trunk braced and the pot base packed separately where the design allows. Ceramic planters are wrapped individually and double-boxed; plastic and self-watering pots nest inside each other.

Anything paid for before 3:00 PM IST on a working day is dispatched the same evening, and later orders go out the next working day. Dispatch runs Monday to Saturday, with no movement on Sundays or public holidays.

Where we ship

We deliver nationwide, to any serviceable PIN code, out of Thane, Maharashtra. Some remote PIN codes fall outside our couriers’ network; you will see that at checkout, not after paying.

Everything is sold online; we do not run a shop and cannot offer pickup.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Under that, a single ₹49 charge applies regardless of parcel size or destination. Whatever the cart shows is what you pay — there is no extra handling charge.

How long it takes

A typical order reaches a metro address in three to five business days and the rest of India in five to nine, counted from dispatch rather than from the moment you order. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

Those windows are courier estimates rather than guarantees — weather, strikes and holidays shift them, and we prefer to say so rather than promise a date we cannot enforce.

Tracking your parcel

You get a tracking link by email and SMS once the parcel is picked up. The same reference works on our Track Your Order page. If tracking has not moved for three working days, write to [email protected] and we will chase the courier for you.
