The data we keep

This page sets out Casavora Crescent‘s handling of personal data, governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Only what an order requires: name, delivery address, phone number, email. An account additionally holds your order history and saved addresses.

We do not collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. A UPI payment is authorised in your own banking app and those details never reach this website.

What we use it for

The data is there to:

  • process and pack your order
  • arrange delivery and share tracking updates
  • answer support messages about an order
  • meet record-keeping obligations under Indian law
  • detect and prevent fraudulent orders

Who else sees it

Delivery requires passing your name, address and phone number to the courier, and that is the extent of it. Payment is handled by the UPI infrastructure of your own bank. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information where a law, a court or a regulator requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for the cart and session only. You may block them, at the cost of a working cart. No ad trackers run here.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • ask us to erase data we no longer need for an order or a legal obligation
  • withdraw consent for messages that are not about an order

How long we keep it

We retain order records for the period Indian tax and consumer law requires, then delete them. Account data stays until you ask for removal, and support emails are kept briefly after a query closes.

Children

This is not a site for minors. Data from anyone under 18 is not knowingly collected and is deleted when found.

Expect acknowledgement within one business day and resolution inside thirty days, as the DPDP Act, 2023 requires.

We resolve problems with a replacement request or a refund. We do not process manufacturer warranty claims.
