Everything on delivery, payment and returns, plus the artificial plants and planters questions we field most often.
Are these real plants?
No. Every plant, stem and tree in this range is artificial. Where a listing says UV resistant, that is the supplier’s description for outdoor use.
Will the bush look flat when it arrives?
Foliage is compressed for shipping and is meant to be separated and shaped by hand once unboxed.
Do the self-watering pots include the insert?
Where the supplier lists an insert it appears under contents. We do not add parts to a description that are not in the box.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
How long do I have to return something?
10 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Full conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same evening.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable tax. Delivery is shown separately before payment.
Do you charge GST?
No. Our turnover is below the GST registration threshold, so we are not GST registered and no GSTIN appears on the invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. We do not accept cards and store no payment details.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS on dispatch and also works on the Track Your Order page.
