Cancellations
Free to cancel until it is packed
Until the parcel is handed to the courier you can cancel free of charge. Afterwards it is handled as a return instead.
Cancelling before dispatch
Write to [email protected] with your order number while the order still shows as processing — that is the 1 to 2 business days between payment and pickup. No fee is charged, and prepaid orders are returned in full to the original UPI handle or bank account within 5 to 7 business days, following Reserve Bank of India settlement timelines.
After dispatch
After handover we have no way to recall a parcel. Refuse it at the door, or accept it and open a return instead. There is no charge for refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel at the door.
When we cancel an order
Sometimes the cancellation is ours — damaged stock, a price shown incorrectly, or details we cannot confirm. We give the reason and refund the whole amount, delivery charge and all.
Partial cancellation
One line missing does not have to hold up the whole order. We can cancel that item and ship the others, whichever you would rather.
Cancellation refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. No cancellation charge is applied at any point.
